Terms and Conditions
A community event request must be filled submitted online a minimum of seven (7) business days before the event. An event is defined as an infrequent health or fitness activity taking place on a specific day, at a specific time and place which is open to the general public. The event must directly contribute to the general health and well-being of attendees. The posting of events is free. Fort HealthCare reserves the right to edit or deny any submission.
Who can post events
- Non-profit organizations
- Governmental organizations
- Individuals promoting fundraising events for non-profit causes
- Corporations using events to support non-profit organizations whose mission is health related
- Churches, and other congregations, promoting a fitness event
- Other users subject to approval
Prohibited Content
- Corporate or for-profit organization events unless all proceeds are to be directed to a non-profit, health-related organization
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Sexually explicit content
- Sales of personal property
- Political organizations, conduits or individuals messaging political content
- Secular messages which promotes a religion
- Events not open to the general public
- Events deemed detrimental to the health and wellness of our communities
- Events benefiting an individual
Approval
Fort HealthCare's director of planning and market development will determine appropriateness of all submissions for posting on this website.
